Great customer service. Very decent price. Lots of selections. I want to give 4.5 starts to cleanliness of car i got. When I went to pickup lot, it was not washed/cleaned. So could not differentiate whether it was scratch or dirt. This is something they need to take care of specially when I come from out of town and rent something I want to have peaceful of mind. They have great return service option.

We could return the car at 11pm instead of the usual 8-9pm (other car rental companies) before they close for the day. Good experience overall. Booked online before heading down and prices are lower than the other major rental companies. Friendly service at the counter and the carpark which the car was at is about a block up the street. They give pretty clear pick up and return instructions so it was a breeze.
