Rental and Age Requirements

All renters and co-drivers must be in possession of their valid drivers license and major credit card. Drivers 21 to 24 years of age are allowed to rent only compact and midsize cars, subject to a $15.00 per day surcharge.

Rental Policies

Minimum rental charge is one (1) day. Rates published are based on a 24 hour rental period. Overtime charges accrue until the daily rate is reached. Vehicles returned after the due date are charged the full published rates, unless another rate has been expressly agreed to by City Rent-A-Car management. All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Weekly rates are available for rentals of five days or more. Holidays and Blackout periods may void special rates or pre-aquired discounts. Published internet rates are non-commissionable. Quoted rates do not include FUEL, OPTIONAL PROTECTION COVERAGES, UNDER AGE DRIVER FEE, STATE &
LOCAL TAXES, SURCHARGES & FEES. Rates subject to change without notice. All vehicles must be returned to the original rental office unless approved in writing by City Rent-A-Car.

Rental Restrictions

City Rent-A-Car reserves the right NOT to rent to persons who fail to meet our rental qualifications. As well as people who may give false information, or appear to be under the influence of an intoxicant or a controlled substance.
