Job Description:

Rental Agents are the first point of contact for our customers. You are responsible for providing excellent service to rental customers. The first impression is often by telephone, and sometimes in person. Either way, we expect you to come dressed for work mentally as well as professionally. General knowledge of cars and their operation is often helpful in selling one feature over another. Training is essential as we use special software to prepare rental transactions.

The following knowledge is required:

• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting rental qualification standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Knowledge of simple teamwork and organizational details. Paying particular attention to our company website and data presented therein.
• Knowledge of corporate structure including but not limited to hours of operation, locations, types of vehicles in the fleet, mechanical specifications of each car class, etc.
